If you use an older version of Exploratory Desktop (before version 6.0), you might see an Error Dialog when you click the Run button for Analytics and “There is another R process running. Please re-open the project or restart R from Tool menu” message is recorded in a log file. If you hit this issue, please try with the latest version available from below link.
