If you are running Exploratory on Windows, and see Error popup with message “Failed to validate the installed R packages”, which looks like following, at start up, you might be hitting this issue.
This happens when you have R3.4.3 installed on your machine, and your Exploratory Desktop is older than version 4.1.0.3. To resolve it, please go to download page and download the latest version of Exploratory and install it.
