Let’s say you pressed the Interactive Chart button on the server.
An error message saying “Error happened in processing data.” may appear, causing the chart to fail to execute.
This issue occurs when the chart intended for use in the Interactive Chart has not been pinned on the Exploratory Desktop.
To resolve this, check the relevant chart in Exploratory Desktop, pin it, and then re-publish the dashboard.
