If the version of Exploratory you are currently using is “v15.0” or “v15.1”, you may be experiencing a known issue (which has already been fixed) where updating data retrieved from the database takes a long time.
This issue has been resolved in “v15.3”. If you are using version “v15.0” or “v15.1”, please upgrade to the latest version and check if the issue is resolved.
