Unable to Log into On-Premises or Hosted Server from Exploratory Desktop

If you cannot log into an on-premises or hosted server from Exploratory Desktop, the server type may be set to “Default - Exploratory Cloud” as shown below.

Please specify “Hosted / On-Premises Server” for the server type and enter the connection URL.
