Twitter Data import fails with the below error.

Twitter API failed [401]. Check error message at https://developer.twitter.com/en/support/twitter-api/error-troubleshooting 
 * Could not authenticate you. (32)

Cause

It seems Twitter deprecated v1.1 API endpoint as follows.

We will update once we find an alternative way to get data from Twitter.
