Small Multiple Chart gets cut off when it's embedded in Note and exported to HTML

Reproduce Steps:

  1. Create a small multiple chart
  2. Embed it to Note
  3. Make sure the chart height is higher than the chart area height in Note. You should be able to scroll it inside Note.
  4. Export to HTML with SVG.

The Small Multiple chart image is cut off, and it’s not showing up fully.
