If you use Exploratory Desktop version 6.12 or earlier and you have a newer version of dplyr R package (1.1) in your repository for some reason (such as installing a custom R package), you may see an error like “Can’t convert from y to x <factor<23fc7>> due to loss of generality.” when you run a Pivot Table.
You can upgrade your Desktop to the latest version (7.0) to fix this problem. You can download the latest Exploratory Desktop from here.
