ODBC: Cannot get a data with connection that doesn't require username

Symptom

When you use an ODBC connection with DSN that does not require username and password, you’ll get object ‘undefined’ not found error on SQL Data Import Dialog when executing query.

This is a known issue for version 4.2 and we’re working on a patch that includes couple of bug fixes including this.

Workaround
