Not starting on Windows 10

Hi Guys

It looks like a few people have experienced this issue in the past, but from all the posts I read it seems to have been resolved.
I am still experiencing the issue however - I have Windows 10, 64 bit, and downloaded the latest version of Exploratory. I have extracted the ZIP file, and after launching the application I am prompted to login (I can see the application running in the task manager at this point). I capture my login details, and then the screen disappears and nothing else happens - the application even disappears from the task manager.

I really want to try the application out, before my trial period lapses.

Please help ?
