The exploratory installer only works with the standard R Path and not with the Microsoft R Server installation, eventhough everything else is working with the Rserver installation without any problems.
So the question is: How does the exploratory setup check whether or not the R installation is valid or not?
Please fix this issue! I do not want to use the standard R software because of memory shortage.
The issue still exists with the newest version of Exploratory and Microsoft Ml Server 9.2. All other tools (like Rstudio) do not have a problem to detect the R installation!
Standard Path is:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\R Client\R_SERVER
But exploratory cannot detect it with the path.
MSFT R Server is not currently supported yet. We’ll look into it for future releases.
