If you want to assign multiple columns to the Y-axis in a line chart, you can do so by assigning columns to the second item on the Y-axis as shown below.
If you want to assign to the Y2 axis, select Y1 / Y2 Axis.
By checking the columns you want to assign to the Y2-Axis, those columns will be set to the Y2 axis.
