When you try to open a project on the PC where Avast security software is installed, you might see the below error message and cannot open the project.
To work around this issue, please disable Avast then click R Packages link below and click the “Reset” button on the Manage R Packages Dialog. This will make sure that the required file is installed without Avast blocking it.
