The data frame menu has a “Copy” command, which lets you copy a data frame to another project.
To paste the copied data frame into another project, open the destination project and open the Import menu. You will find “Paste Data Frame” in the menu — select it to paste the copied data frame.
You can also copy a data frame across projects simply by dragging and dropping it.
