Google BigQuery import fails with Invalid value at ‘start_index’ (TYPE_UINT64), “1e+05” [invalid]

When you try to import data from Google BigQuery, it sometimes fails with Invalid value at ‘start_index’ (TYPE_UINT64), “1e+05” [invalid]

The fix for the issue is included in the next patch but as a workaround, you can create a script like below

options(scipen = 20)
