If you get following error message at starting Exploratory, there are a couple on known possible reasons.
Failed to validate the installed R packages. One of the common causes is that your .Rprofile has some conflicts.

- As described in the error message, there might be failure in your .Rprofile script. Please contact us at support@exploratory.io so that we can take a look.
- Installing Microsoft R Open might cause this error. If you have installed Microsoft R Open and seeing this error, please try uninstalling it and start Exploratory again. Exploratory will download the version of R which it can work with, and start installing it automatically.
