On Windows, when you install or upgrade Exploratory, you might see an error Operation not permitted. Please check file permissions and try again. at the startup, and Exploratory fails to launch.
In most cases, this is caused by insufficient permissions on the Exploratory repository.
Granting the appropriate permissions to the Exploratory repository resolves the problem.
