If you use the ‘Columns’ layout in your Dashboard, changing parameters doesn’t update charts. This issue is fixed in version 9.9. Please upgrade the Exploratory Desktop. You can download the latest version from here.
If you cannot upgrade it for some reason, you can work around this by switching to the ‘Rows’ layout.
