Am a newbie in exploratory and R.
I am currently doing my Master in Software Project Management and my final year project is based on predicting the employee turnover using data mining techniques (SVM, XGBoost, Logistic Regression).
What I have learnt from the systematic literature review, feature selection is of extreme importance in order to have many advantages for the classifier.
The feature selection that I want to perform in Exploratory are:
- Chi-Sqaure
- Information Gain
- Gain Ratio
- F-Score
Can anyone help me out.
