If you publish a dashboard with charts and schedule it for refreshing charts, you may see an error message like Error: object XXX not found
in the chart area after the refresh. It happens because the published dashboard data has some inconsistencies at the publishing time. Here is how to fix it.
- Open the Exploratory Desktop.
- Go to the Chart view and visit the charts that you see the problem on the published dashboard and make sure it works.
- Open the dashboard and run the Preview. Make sure it works as expected.
- Republish the dashboard.
