If you wish to import multiple sheets from a Google Spreadsheet as a single dataset, you can do so using AI Data.
Currently, the standard Google Spreadsheet import dialog in the UI does not support importing multiple sheets at once.
However, by using AI Data, you can instruct the AI to retrieve multiple sheets from a Google Spreadsheet and import them as a single dataset.
