Scheduling fails due to the “nanodbc/nanodbc.cpp: JWT token is invalid.” error

If your previously working schedule starts failing with the error nanodbc/nanodbc.cpp: JWT token is invalid, it’s likely a database connection issue.

To fix this:

  1. Open Exploratory Desktop and try re-importing the data.
  2. If the issue persists, check and update the data source settings.
  3. Republish the content and use “Run Immediately” from the Scheduling dialog to verify the fix.
