We have released Exploratory Desktop v16.7! 🔥

This is a patch release that fixes an issue on Windows where Rserve failed to start and projects could not be opened, including right after creating a new project.  
If you are using Windows and have been experiencing this issue, please upgrade to v16.7!

## Issue fix

### Project

- On Windows, Rserve failed to start, and opening a project (including right after creating a new one) failed with the error ‘Retry failed: [Connection.initInstance], retry:[50/50], interval:[200]’. The log showed the message ‘Failed to start Rserve daemon. (Could not find process.)’.
